Hello Wood Pittenger Groh Family! We are going to have a physical gathering again this year for our 99th Annual Family Reunion! 🥳 Hopefully we will get to see many of our loved ones smiling faces in attendance! 🥰 Unfortunately, the waterpark location will not have their waterpark open/ready this summer. We have booked Pavilion #3 at the Linden Park (Byram Lake/Clover Beach) this year!
Here's some details for the day:
At 12:30 p.m., we will join together for our family prayer before we begin our family meal.
✅ Please bring a dish to share with everyone. We will have a long table set up buffet style for the food and desserts to be served on. Please note that chicken, ice cream and some other cold treats is provided by the family each year. 🤩
✅ Don't forget to bring plates, utensils, napkins and something to drink for yourself and your attendees. 🍽🥤
✅ Following our meal will be a brief Family Meeting. We will have a sheet going around for important mentions from the past year and upcoming months to be acknowledged during the meeting. ❤
✅ You might want to bring your lawn chairs... There are quite a few picnic tables around for us to use but if you want to ensure a spot for the day, it might be beneficial to bring one from home. 👍
✅ Don't forget your swimsuits & sunscreen! 💦😎🩱🩳🌊 There is a swimming beach located across the road from our rented pavilion.
✅ Families with kids who participate in the WPG family reunion games: We will have a few small kids games set up with some fun prizes that we will start as soon as the family meeting has completed. Then we will play a few rounds of BINGO with everyone for your chance at a gift card!
A special Thank you 💖 for everyone's patience and continued support during these past couple of unpredictable years. This is what strong families are made of. Full of the acknowledgement for love, hope and family connections!! Cheers to another blessed year! 💝
