My Yoga Class for Beginners at 9.30-10.30am every Tuesday morning is suitable for all abilities, whether you've practiced yoga before or not, and all are welcome.In a warm and welcoming environment I will guide you through the fundamental Yoga postures, breathing techniques and meditation practices. I offer support and guidance along the way to ensure that you feel comfortable and to help you build confidence as you progress.
Venue: Higham Memorial Hall, School Lane, Higham, Rochester, Kent ME3 7JL.
Cost: £9 (discount on block bookings)

I can provide all the equipment you will need but if you have your own mat I’d recommend you bring it with you. I’d also recommend you bring a blanket or thick towel for use as padding or support in some poses.
