Dating back to 1935, Candlelight is a moment to pause and reflect on themes of the Advent season, a time of waiting and joyful anticipation for the coming of Christ. The night is filled with Scripture readings, hymns, prayers, musical performances, and a reflection. At its conclusion, we will walk together to fill the floors of Moye rotunda, where we will sing Christmas carols by candelight.A reception will follow on the first floor of Moye Rotunda with cookies and hot chocolate, and Delicious tamales graciously donated by OLLU alumna, Valerie Gonzalez Handly of Delicious Tamales.
