90-minute Pottery for fun is a unique opportunity for all beginners and those who have yet to try it but always have desires. In this session you will learn how to sit and throw clay on a potter's wheel. Step-by-step instructions and all tools will be given. It's a fun and creative way to spend time together and learn a new skill.
Attending requirements? No experience is needed. Kids are welcome. However you must be at least 50 inches tall to operate pottery wheels and have a smile on your face:)
What to expect in this class?
1) The Wheel-throwing pottery class begins with an introduction.
2) Each participant will get clay a wheel and tools.
3) Step-by-step demonstration and guidance through various techniques and hand-building skills. 4) Pottery wheel cleaning.
5) At the end of the pottery session you can walk out with your raw pottery creation or have it bisque-firing at $10 or Glaze and Bisque at $30
