About this Event
Join Carolyn, a yoga teacher and yoga student to learn about the 8-limbed path and how to include yoga values in your life through practical exercises. This 90 minute community workshop includes group conversations, individual reflection, and ends with guided meditation with gentle movement.
You'll walk away with tools to ground you on a challenging day, an affirmation to take with you through the holidays and into the next year, and a little take-home booklet to keep and refer to whenever you need it!
Mats, blankets, water and tea will be provided. Please come with an open mind and heart!
