The Experience: A Race Like No Other
Imagine paddling down a smooth green river, cutting right through a vibrant, historic city center.
The Route: A fast, fun, and breathtaking 2.2 km course through the soul of Ljubljana.
The Atmosphere: You won't be paddling in isolation! Cheer squads of locals and tourists will be lining the historic stone bridges and lively riverside promenades, cheering you on every stroke of the way.
The Backdrop: Glide past the iconic Triple Bridge, beneath the gaze of the Ljubljana Castle, and through the architectural masterpiece of the city center.
Choose Your Category
We want everyone on the water! We have designed two separate categories so you can race at your own pace:
The Elite Category: For the seasoned racers, pros, and speed demons. Test your sprint, master your turns, and compete against top paddlers from neighboring countries for the ultimate bragging rights (and podium prizes!).
The Fun Category: For recreational paddlers, enthusiasts, and those who want to experience the city from a completely unique perspective without the competitive pressure. All board types welcome!
The "Family" Gathering
The race might finish, but the event doesn't end at the finish line. At our core, the SUP community is a family. After the podium ceremony, we are hosting a laid-back "Family" Gathering for all participants.
Come for the race, stay for the vibes. Relax with delicious local food, cold drinks, great music, and a chance to swap stories with paddlers from across the borders.
