Tourney Directors will assign ratings for new players based on known ability.
Unknown and unestablished players start with 4 chips.
Rules:
No 3 Foul Rule
Jump Cues Allowed
Incoming Player Breaks / Alternate break
9 Ball Spotted if made in back 2 on break
Playing Rules:
Players get virtual chips based on FargoRates (TD assigns if new). When you lose a race, you lose a chip and go back in the stack.
A new player is called to the winner's table. Last one standing wins.
