The typical A pace is 20+ mph average, B group averages 17-19 mph, Super C group is 16-18, C is 14-16 mph, Social C averages 14-15, and D riders must average at least 12mph, but typically average 14mph.

Rules:
Riders must wear helmets!! Ride Safe, Smooth, and Predictable. NO DROPS in groups C and D. If you DO drop, you MUST let the group know you are dropping back (do NOT just turn around without letting someone know). Stop for mechanicals or other problems. Follow all road rules. NO headphones and use of aerobars are frowned upon.
