Allow the sounds of crystal singing bowls and other percussion instruments to transport you to a deep meditative state.Eye masks will be provided.
This 60-minute event will be in the loft at The Wagnalls Memorial in Lithopolis.
Bring a yoga mat and a blanket to lie down. Chairs will also be available.
This event will be led by yoga and meditation teacher Elizabeth Wood, E-RYT 500.
