Creating Mandalas, an ancient practice in meditation & mindfulness, can be daunting without simplified steps for success.
All practices for inner reflection and self-growth reinforce mindfulness and awareness for our own Well BEing.
We'll begin with a guided Meditation using sound frequency for grounding and personal encouragement. Paper, pencils, erasers, circle templates, and micron pens will be provided. We will work on small grids during the class, but the techniques can be scaled up for larger paper. Each attendee will need to bring their own 12" ruler. As with any new skill, time and practice will improve your skills and you'll be encouraged to meet any challenges with grace and resiliency.
Feel free to bring a non-alcoholic beverage of choice, water, tea, and light refreshments will be provided.
