Attention class of 2026! We are inviting current 8th graders to our winter open gym starting 2/22 at 6pm! Meet the coaches and learn more about Hempstead volleyball. Plus - we will run through common drills and give a little taste of what it is like to be part of our program. Don't forget your shoes, kneepads, water bottle and whatever you need to play.
