818 Barrel Classic is a capped, competitive barrel race built for riders who show up ready to run.

This is not a casual jackpot. This is a controlled, well-run event with limited entires. No overflow. No day-of entries. No exceptions.

Spots are secured by payment only.

Once the limited entries are filled, registration closes and a waitlist opens automatically.

Time Onlys: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Gates close at 6:00 PM. No vehicles will be allowed entry after this time.

Main Race Start: 6:30 PM

Limited entires

Parking is limited and will be managed in advance.

After registration, a member of our team will reach out to confirm your trailer size, vehicle details, and arrival plan. If multiple riders are coming from the same ranch, you may be asked to consolidate or carpool to help maximize space.

All trailers and vehicles must be approved in advance. Only confirmed rigs will be allowed on-site.

Parking is reserved for registered riders only. We do not have additional parking available for friends or family vehicles. Please plan accordingly.

1. CHECK-IN & ARRIVAL

• Time Onlys and check-in run from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM
• Main race starts at 6:30 PM
• Gates close at 6:00 PM — no entry after this time

If you arrive after 6:00 PM, you will not be allowed on the property.

2. ENTRY & RIDER REQUIREMENTS

• One horse per entry
• Limit 2 entries per rider
• Rider must be the person registered and who completed the waiver

No substitutions without prior approval.

3. RUN ORDER & FLOW

• Event will run on a tight schedule
• Be ready when your name is called

Missed runs are not guaranteed a re-run.

4. TIME ONLYS – $5 cash only

• Time Onlys are limited to the scheduled window only
• No extensions

Plan accordingly.

5. ARENA SAFETY
Maintain control of your horse at all times

• Unsafe riding or behavior will result in removal

No refund will be issued.

6. PARKING & TRAILERS

• Parking is assigned and controlled
• Only registered trailers and vehicles are allowed

Parking is reserved for registered riders only. There is no additional parking available on-site for spectators, friends, or family.

Unapproved rigs will be turned away.

7. TIE-UPS & HORSE PREP

Due to limited parking and trailer spacing, there is no guarantee you will be able to tie up next to your trailer.

Designated tie-up areas and turnouts will be available and should be used for tacking and holding horses.

Plan ahead and allow yourself enough time to get your horse ready before your run.

8. GROUNDS & PROPERTY

• Respect the facility, staff, and other riders
• Clean up after yourself and your horse

Damage to property may result in removal and/or charges.

9. ALCOHOL & CONDUCT

• No riding under the influence
• Disruptive behavior will not be tolerated

You will be asked to leave.

10. FINAL AUTHORITY

Event management has final say on all decisions for safety, fairness, and event flow.
