80 Years of the Nuclear Age: Remembering Hiroshima and Nagasaki
80 years ago, in 1945, the U.S. military dropped two atomic bombs on Japan, shortly before the end of the Second World War.
This poster exhibit, curated by the Hiroshima Memorial Peace Museum, remembers the two cities destroyed: Hiroshima and Nagasaki.
Join us for the exhibit opening at the Fredericton Public Library (upstairs, River Reading Room), featuring a talk by M.V. Ramana, Professor and Simons Chair in Disarmament, Global and Human Security at the University of British Columbia.
