The weekend of OCT 3-5 we invite you to an Iyengar Yoga Workshop with Lisa Lelliott of Halifax, NS. Lisa has travelled to India 6 times for intensive study with BKS Iyengar, Geeta Iyengar, Prashant Iyengar, and Abhijata Iyengar, as well as Rajiv and Swati Chanchani who were very close to BKS Iyengar and his family. Now, she is visiting Fredericton to share these teachings. During the 3 day workshop you will enjoy Lisa's stories, humour, and insight. "I have an ongoing impulse towards a deeper understanding, and I am particularly interested in how yogic practice leads to liberation, wherever you are."
SCHEDULE: FRI 5:00-7:00 ... SAT 12:30-4:30 ... SUN 9:00-12:00
COST: $180 +tax for entire weekend
