Want to learn how to sew? Don’t know your bobbin from your button hole? Then these are the workshops for you! Over two Saturday workshops you will learn how to use a machine and make a kaftan or simple 80’s style top. Sonja Harms is on hand to help you with all your sewing needs, top tips and techniques (she makes outfits for Grayson Perry’s alter ego ‘Claire’ so she’s a sewing icon and totally fabulous!)You will need to bring a sewing machine if you have one and 80’s patterned fabric for your garment. We will provide cotton, trims, buttons etc. More info for those who book.
These two workshops are £5 each and you must commit to come to both.
