An 8-week meditation course that aims to make participants feel better in various ways, including feeling more positive and worrying less, having greater self-esteem, practicing feeling more joyful, sleeping and resting more easily, learning how to deal with difficult emotions, and responding differently to pain. The course will be taught by a guide with over 40 years of experience and will cover 10 meditation tools that can be used in everyday life. The course fee is $280 and includes a workbook and audio recordings for home practice.
