8 Week Loss of Loved One Grief Group

This is an 8-week group beginning April 9 and meeting weekly on Thursdays from 6:00–7:30 PM, with the final session taking place May 28.

The group provides a safe, compassionate space for individuals grieving the loss of a loved one. Participants can share their experiences, receive emotional support, and learn coping strategies alongside others who understand the unique challenges of this type of loss.

The group focuses on:

• Navigating the emotional impact of losing a loved one
• Adjusting to changes in daily life and identity
• Building resilience and finding hope for the future
• Creating connections with others who share similar experiences

Facilitated by trained grief professionals, the group offers both discussion and practical tools for healing.

Cost: $10 per session or $80 total. Scholarships are available when needed.
