About this Event
This is an 8-week group beginning April 16 and meeting weekly on Thursdays from 6:00-7:30 PM, with the final session taking place June 4.
The group provides a safe, compassionate space for individuals grieving the loss of a significant person. Participants can share their experiences, receive emotional support, and learn coping strategies alongside others who understand the unique challenges of this type of loss.
The group focuses on:
- Navigating the emotional impact of losing a significant person
- Adjusting to changes in daily life and identity
- Building resilience and finding hope for the future
- Creating connections with others who share similar experiences
Facilitated by trained grief professionals, the group offers both discussion and practical tools for healing.
Cost: $10 per session or $80 total. Scholarships are available when needed.
