Do you have high blood pressure and looking to keep it under control through lifestyle change? Are you often confused by the conflicting opinions on what foods to eat, what diets to go on, and what exercise to do? Join our evidence-based Health Coaches for Hypertension Control class for FREE!
In this class, led by the Gallatin City-County Health Department, we explore nutrition, physical activity, stress management, high blood pressure specifics and medications, and create goals and action plans every week. We also give out helpful items such as a cookbook, exercise resistance bands, healthy living book, and much more!
