Inspired by Spring and the Robert Frost poem "Nothing Gold Can Stay" a chef's dinner. Vegan and gluten free. Each course inspired by a line of the poem. Additional poetry readings throughout the evening. Ingredients locally sourced. Included with the meal several non-alcoholic beverages and mocktails, you may also bring your own bottle of wine, or beer to enjoy responsibly with dinner.
