On Monday, Feb. 2 at 10 a.m., please join the MWRD in raising the Pan-African flag in front of the Barbara J. McGowan Main Office Building, 100 E. Erie Street, Chicago, to kick off Black History Month. The flag will also be raised at all of our water reclamation plants.
