The Rotary Club of Youngstown’s Groundhog Craft Beerfest was started in 2019 as a way to bring local craft brewers and the community together to enjoy the many tasty beers brewed in our region and to raise money for the charitable works of the Club. With the help of the local community and many generous sponsors, we have raised over $100,000 for community projects from this event.
The Rotary Club of Youngstown’s Groundhog Craft Beerfest was started in 2019 as a way to bring local craft brewers and the community together to enjoy the many tasty beers brewed in our region and to raise money for the charitable works of the Club. Each year, the funds raised are invested back into the community to support various local nonprofit organizations. Recent beneficiaries include The English Center, Youngstown Neighborhood Development Corporation, Easter Seals of Mahoning, Trumbull, and Columbiana Counties, and YWCA Mahoning Valley.

+ We're excited to introduce several new features that will enhance the event. For those who prefer the fruit of the grape over the hops, regional wineries will be part of the tasting, offering a delightful selection of wines.
+ Home breweries will also showcase their skills, adding a unique, local flair to the event.
+ Additionally, we’re offering a Premium Ticket Experience, which includes access to an exclusive area featuring unique beers not available elsewhere at the event, visits from brewmasters to talk about their beer, delicious food, and special gifts.
