Join us for an immersive day of wellness and nourishment on February 1st! Discover how to support your health by cooking with seasonal, plant-based whole foods. This one-day workshop combines education, mindfulness, and community as we explore what it means to live a truly nourished life. Amy Ferrara: Artist; Certified Forest Therapy Guide accredited by the Association of Nature & Forest Therapy (ANFT); and the founder of Naturing Arts and Spark Social Club.
