A Free Workshop for Teen Girls
Join us for Fall into Confidence, a special workshop event designed to help teen girls discover their inner strength and navigate the world with a sense of self-assurance. This free workshop will create a safe, supportive space for teens to explore current mental health topics relevant to adolescents, giving them the tools they need to thrive.

This is a drop-off event intended for teen girls. We will provide food and drinks as they engage in meaningful discussions and activities focused on channeling their "Boss Babe" energy and prioritizing mental wellness.
