Surrender into your Body & Heart; Restorative & Somatic MovementJoin me, Dejah Roman, at Unity Center of Des Moines for this 75-minute effortless and body/heart minded yoga experience.
Each session will begin with a simple, guided self-assessment followed by gentle somatic body movements. This will lead to an offering of 3-4 restorative poses with the use of props. We will close each session with a full 20-minute savasana utilizing yoga Nidra and sound healing.
Cost? There is a recommended self-investment of $15-$25 per guest via cash or Venmo to DT Roman @Dejah-Roman. This donation is shared with Unity Center to support keeping their doors open.
