A gong bath is a unique experience in which you are bathed (clothes on)..... in the sounds and vibrations of the gongs, which lend themselves to enhanced states of well-being, relaxation, happiness and pleasure. Great for those who want to give a gift to themselves (or others) of an hour of 'me time' or as an aid to meditation and deep cleansing.

you need to do is relax and let the gongs do the work! I will bring

some jasmine tea for us to drink after the gong bath. It's lovely for

slowly coming around and grounding a little. You could bring water too,

to help with the detox.

Your body temperature may change during a gong bath. Many people drop in temperature. It is sensible to have a blanket at the ready.

Please avoid attending a Gong Bath after drinking alcohol.

Contraindications:

Please let me know in advance if you are pregnant, have a metal implant (contraceptive coils are fine) or pacemaker, suffer from a sound sensitive condition, have epilepsy or have any query regarding the suitability of a gong bath for you.

The entrance is accessible to all and there is local parking, secure bike storage and we are only a short walk from Navigation Road and from Altrincham town centre. See below map for full details and directions.

Coming from Altrincham on A56 heading towards Manchester, turn right at the lights on to Navigation Road and the entrance to the studio is on the Ground Floor of Trafalgar House.

Coming from Manchester on A56 heading towards Altrincham, turn left at the lights on to Navigation Road and the entrance to the studio is on the Ground Floor of Trafalgar House.

Coming by bike, there is secure parking on site at the back of the car park.

Coming by tram, get off at Navigation Road Metro stop, turn left and walk 5 minutes along Navigation Road (away from Altrincham).
PARKING
There is no on-site parking at Trafalgar House during the day. After 5pm and at weekends, you are welcome to use the parking at Trafalgar House specific spaces are outlined in pre-event email). During the day, there is parking along Navigation Road and in the car park over the bridge at Halfords and Dunelm.
