TIME: Costume Contest Begins at 7:30 PM

LOCATION: Beside the North St. Paul Historical Society
For the first time in 50 YEARS, North St. Paul is unearthing a historic time capsule, and we’re celebrating in true 1970s style! 🌼🪩
Pull out your bell-bottoms, disco glam, polyester prints, fringe, platform shoes, jumpsuits, flower power fits, and funky accessories because this party is going full retro!

We’ll be awarding prizes in TWO totally groovy categories:
Most Authentic 70s Look: Did you step straight out of 1976? Show us your best true-to-the-era style!
Most Groovy Outfit: Bold, colorful, funky, creative, outrageous, the more fun, the better!

How to Enter: 🕺
NO pre-registration required!
- Show up in your costume before 7:30 PM
- Find the contest tent at the event
- Listen for instructions and lineup calls
- Strut your stuff for the judges!
We’ll announce when it’s time for contestants to enter the judging area.
Costume Contest Rules: 🌼
- The contest is free to enter
- All ages are welcome!
- Costumes should be family-friendly
- Homemade, thrifted, or store-bought outfits are all welcome
- Participants must be present at 7:30 PM for judging
- Judges’ decisions are final
