I am so delighted to share that I will be offering a 7-Week Yin Yoga Chakra Journey at The Soul Sanctuary in Ladywood.
Beginning
🗓 Tuesday 14 April 10am
And
🗓 Thursday 16 April 10am
This is a sacred 7-week journey through the body’s energy centres, from Root to Crown.
Each week we will dedicate one full hour to a single chakra:
Grounding.
Softening.
Releasing.
Awakening.
Through gentle yin-style floor-based postures, breath awareness,, crystals and quiet self-enquiry, we will explore the themes held within each energy centre. Safety, creativity, power, love, expression, intuition and connection.

🌈 The 7th and final session will be a deeply restorative Sound Bath Meditation, integrating all the energies we have gently awakened together.
✨ Two groups will run each week
✨ R700 for the full 7-week journey (one session per week)
✨ If you miss your usual class, you are welcome to attend the other weekly session (space permitting)
The journey will conclude on 26 & 28 May.
