About this Event

Kate Cocker is a Performance Coach and the host of the Everyday Positivity podcast. In this session, she will train you in her 7 Pillars Of Positivity to create the habits you need to stay on track.


WHAT TO EXPECT

This two-hour workshop will provide you with the skills and tools to:

  • Take control of your self talk
  • Feel good about yourself
  • Understand the tools you need to bounce back from a setback
  • Create a plan to maintain a growth mindset
  • Detach yourself from the number on the scales

WHAT YOU NEED

If attending the event in person:

  • Drinks and nibbles will be provided on arrival
  • Pens, pad, paper, and paint will also be provided for the workshop

If attending via zoom:

  • Please ensure you have a pen and pad
  • Colouring pens / pencils (optional)
