This two-hour workshop will provide you with the skills and tools to:
- Take control of your self talk
- Feel good about yourself
- Understand the tools you need to bounce back from a setback
- Create a plan to maintain a growth mindset
- Detach yourself from the number on the scales
WHAT YOU NEED
If attending the event in person:
- Drinks and nibbles will be provided on arrival
- Pens, pad, paper, and paint will also be provided for the workshop
If attending via zoom:
- Please ensure you have a pen and pad
- Colouring pens / pencils (optional)
