THE 7 PILLARS OF HEALTHY LIVING WORKSHOP
and how to prevent and recover from chronic illness
This workshop will be run by Trevor Morris at the Soul Wellness Hub and Cafe near Sowerby Bridge, West Yorkshire on Sunday 19 October 2025 from 2.30 to 4.30 in the afternoon.
The 7 Pillars of Healthy Living are based on the core belief that the human body has a miraculous power to heal itself if we take care of our spiritual, emotional and physical wellbeing. They are grounded in Trevor’s own experience of recovery from advanced cancer and mental health challenges throughout his life.

6 Have a balanced exercise routine
7 Eat well and fast intermittently
Trevor was Chief Environmental Health Officer at Bradford Council and is qualified to practise homeopathy, EFT, NLP and meditation. The workshop is FREE but please make a £10 donation to the Soul Wellness Centre on the day if you are able to do so.
