Across seven courses, projections, music, and live table-side moments transform your meal into a living work of art. This 2.5-hour experience invites guests to engage and connect, offering a playful, immersive take on fine dining where every seat is part of the show.

The $33 (plus fees) per person charged at checkout is a deposit for adults and children and will be applied toward the total experience price on the day of the event. The remaining balance is due onsite, plus auto gratutity.

Tables accommodate up to 8 guests. Groups larger than 8 may be seated separately unless arrangements are made in advance.

To ensure a seamless and elevated evening, all beverages must be purchased in advance of your reservation.

Your evening unfolds across seven acts, each inspired by a renowned artist and paired with a thoughtfully crafted course

Act I – Michelangelo
Silken whipped ricotta finished with a warm drizzle of hot honey and fragrant thyme, served atop lightly charred sourdough.

Act II – Banksy
Hand-cut Yellowfin tuna with Persian cucumber and California avocado, delicately dressed in a sesame-ponzu emulsion with a touch of chili oil. Served with crisp taro chips for a subtle textural contrast.

Vegetarian: Same as above, but without tuna

Act III – Pablo Picasso
Buckwheat soba tossed with edamame, wild mushrooms, and cucumber in a light ponzu dressing, finished with a sprinkle of furikake.

Act IV – Jackson Pollock
A composed arrangement of green leaf lettuce, haricot vert, watermelon radish, jicama, and arugula, gently bound with Asian chive. Accompanied by Goma Dare sesame dressing.

Act V – Andy Warhol

Choice of:

1. Herb-roasted Jidori chicken breast infused with garlic and thyme, finished with a rich jus reduction. Served with broccolini and a delicate Caesar-style cream.
2. Caramelized miso-glazed salmon, paired with coconut rice and tender haricot vert.
3. Short rib, slow-braised for twelve hours in Malbec, served with garlic mashed potatoes and broccolini.
4. Oven-roasted cauliflower steak finished with a vibrant chimichurri and toasted pepitas. (Vegetarian)

Act VI – Salvador Dalí
White chocolate potato souffle with olive sea salt, and cookie cumbs

Act VII – Vincent van Gogh
Milk chocolate with green, yellow, and red paintable cocoa butter
