7 Days Free SIA Door Supervisor Course including SIA Licence with work experience and live job vacancies available to successful candidates

Clarion Futures in partnership with Training4Employment are offering a free SIA Door Supervisor Course including SIA Licence to eligible Birmingham residents.

7 Days face2face training with work experience and live vacancies, progressing candidates into the Security Industry. The programme will offer online learning and practical training with Training4Employment team covering Emergency First Aid & Counter-Terrorism along with Door Supervisor modules.

The 4 Door Supervisor modules are:

1. Principles of Working in the Private Security Industry

2. Principles of Working as a Door Supervisor in the Private Security Industry

3. Conflict Management for the Private Security Industry

4. Application of Physical Intervention Skills for the Private Security Industry

Tuesday 24th March 2026 is Assessment Day at Training4Employment Centre. Interested candidates will be assessed on SIA Licence eligibility and ID availability, including Level 1 Literacy test. Please chose 1 of the available session and before you register interest please ensure you have following ID and are within the criteria assessment:

• THREE passport-sized good quality colour photographs
• Passport / UK Birth Certificate / UK Biometric Residence Permit
• Driving Licence or Utility Bill / Bank Statements within the past 3 months

• Candidates must be 18 and over
• Candidates must pass an identity check & criminal record check
• Candidates must be physically capable of completing the practical assessment
• Candidates must also have a minimum of Level 1 in English and show that they can communicate effectively
• A Laptop is required to complete the online part of the programme

You must bring the above relevant ID to your chosen assessment session for us to review and if you pass the criteria assessment you will be offered a place on the 7 Days SIA Door Supervisor Course starting on Friday 27th March 2026
