What is the Murph Challenge?
The Murph Challenge is a demanding trial of both physical and mental endurance, paying tribute to fallen Navy SEAL Lt. Michael P. Murphy, who was awarded the Medal of Honor for his heroic service and sacrifice. For Lt. Michael P. Murphy, his fighting spirit and rigorous training regimen were inseparable. He developed this challenging workout, know as "Body Armor," as one of his staple no-equipment routines. It's raw and demanding, targeting every muscle group and energy system in less than an hour. On Memorial Day, we honor Lt. Murphy and his fellow service members with the Murph Workout, paying tribute to their bravery and dedication. It's more than just fitness- it's about embodying Lt. Murphy's determination and perseverance. Join us to honor the true meaning of Memorial Day and express gratitude for those who served out country.
