Trees sustain life. Reconnect with nature through guided meditations, music, & a mindful walk among the trees at Sacred Lands.
About this Event

Trees are essential for life on Earth — they clean the air we breathe, store carbon that helps fight climate change, and provide habitat for countless species. Beyond these vital roles, they also invite us to connect more deeply with the living world around us.

Join Global Tree Lovers for a guided meditation and nature immersion focused on deepening our connection with trees and plants. Through meditation, sound, and group intention, we’ll explore ways of awakening a “green awareness” — a natural capacity to sense and communicate with the living world around us.

The session will include:

  • A heart-centered meditation guided by Beverly Templeton, co-founder of Global Tree Lovers.
  • Gentle chanting and singing to cultivate a sense of harmony with nature.
  • Resonant tones of Tibetan bowls to bring grounding and balance.
  • A mindful walk on the beautiful grounds of Sacred Lands to practice tuning into subtle ways of perceiving and connecting with the environment.

Beverly began working with what she calls the Lemurian Mother Tree in 2023, an experience that opened her to a deeper sense of reciprocity with trees and plants. She will share insights from her journey and guide participants in practices to help awaken their own “green awareness.”
