Day 2 - May 3rd: (Optional): During this session, we will focus strictly on researching the property boundaries, deeds, and liens. We will start the day with a property tour!!!
BONUS: Auction Prep "Study Hall" June 25th 6:30pm (virtual): During this session, we will assist you in determining a properties future value, determining an estimated max bid amount, and skip tracing property owners to see if they would like to sell BEFORE the auction.
Electronic Devices: HIGHLY recommended that you bring a laptop, tablet, or any device that will allow you to access the websites that will be discussed on Day 1.
