60 Minute Restorative Yoga with Sonic-Vibrational AssistsExplore your inner landscape via stillness and breath during this session featuring slow movements with deep relaxation and stretching. Sandbag assists, heated stones, Himalayan bowl sonic-vibrational treatments, weighted tuning fork sonic-puncture treatments & optional aromatherapy are offered. No experience is required.
Session ends with a 10 minute sound healing savasana using audible, vibrational and/or frequencies from a variety of sound healing instruments from across the globe.
Session includes use of a yoga mat, bolster, blocks, yoga strap, eye mask, pillow & blanket. Feel free to bring your own mat, props, & comfort items tho', especially if you have particular needs....and don't forget socks & hydration. 💦
PREPAYMENT is REQUIRED to reserve your spot & commitment to attend as space is limited. 🚫 NO cash at door accepted.
