Beginning September 18, GSL Church is offering a 60+ Adults Fitness Class on Wednesday Mornings from 9:15 - 10:05 a.m. in Trezevant Hall. The class is led by Instructor and Owner of Inside Out Gym, Lisa Buckner. Lisa has specialized in 60 Plus Adult Fitness Classes for over 25 years. She will focus on Muscle Building Balance/Flexibility Functional Fitness Nutritional Guidelines, Joint Health and more. STRONG Body, STRONG Mind, and STRONG Life. You CAN get STRONG at ANY AGE.COST: Introductory cost is $7 per class. Please bring exact change or a check. Please contact me if you would like to pay by Venmo.
WHAT TO WEAR: Workout and leisure, casual attire.
WHAT TO BRING: We will provide all the fitness equipment. Just bring YOU and your own water bottle.
WHAT TO EXPECT: A workout modified to your fitness level.
