Embark on your Martial Arts Journey with MKG's 6-Week Essentials Course.This course has been created to introduce a complete beginner to the essentials of what we do here at MKG!
In this comprehensive course, you will learn fundamental striking techniques, including punches, kicks, knees, and elbows. You will also be introduced to the captivating world of weapon-based training with single and double stick. Along with getting fit and meeting our amazing community.
As part of your enrolment, you will gain access to our regular MKG Essentials course (Tues/Thurs, 6-7 PM) and our MKG Drill Rounds class (Fri, 6 PM).
As it’s 2025 the first 10 participants will receive the course for £25.
