• Set boundaries clearly (without over-explaining or freezing)
• Stay regulated under pressure instead of second-guessing yourself
• Trust your instincts — and act on them
• Use simple, effective physical techniques if ever needed
This isn’t about becoming aggressive.
It’s about becoming hard to confuse, hard to pressure, and clear in your decisions.
