This unique 6-week wellness program integrates 40 minutes of invigorating Yoga and Pilates workouts with 40 minutes of empowering group coaching every week. Designed to help you build strength, improve flexibility, and cultivate a positive mindset. At the end of this program will help you feel lighter, stronger and more energised - without restrictive diets or overwhelming workouts.

40 Minute Movement
Blend of Pilates and Yoga to strengthen your body, improve flexibility, and reduce stress.
40 Min Group Coaching
Behaviour coaching guiding through adopting blood sugar balanced way of eating, mindful eating, sleep improvement, stress management and lasting habit change.
Weekly Action Plan
Setting up a weekly action plan is a powerful way to stay focused and make consistent progress toward your wellness goals. Each week your will identify small achievable actions tailored to your specific needs. These manageable steps built momentum and create lasting habits over time. Group support adds an extra layer of accountability and encouragement.
