Learn to incorporate different therapeutic yoga applications and unique skills to build strength, muscle and bone mass, all while enhancing neuromuscular integration and agility to slow the progression of frailty. We will learn how to reduce stress and improve mood, as well as look at how we can change some of our habits to live our lives in a healthier way that benefits our entire being. 20 CEUs will be available for yoga teachers.Please note: This date refers to the first of 6 sessions.
This course will occur over 6 consecutive Mondays from June 1st through July 6th from 10:00 a.m.- 11:30 a.m. Should you need to miss a session, it will be recorded and accessible for 2 months.
