A deep dive into improvisational dance elements and presence. A creative, intuitive movement experience blending somatic flow and Egyptian belly dance- inspired movement. This class invites emotional release, self-expression, control, presence, and deep embodied connection through classical cultural dance elements.
Movement exploration through Baladi, Classical Oriental, Classical and Modern Dance.
Dance experience recommended. Belly Dance experience a plus. Limited space.
