6 week Mindfulness Sessions for Children 8-10YJoin me for a fun and interactive Mindfulness session designed specifically for kids aged 8 to 10. These sessions will take place on Tuesdays for 6 weeks (25th February, 4th, 11th, 18th, 25th March and 1st April) 4.15pm-5.15pm at Hempnall Mill Centre, Hempnall, Norwich, UK .
During the sessions, children will learn valuable mindfulness techniques that can help them navigate the challenges of everyday life with ease and grace. Through a series of engaging activities, games, and exercises, participants will discover how to cultivate a sense of calm, focus, and self-awareness. You will learn practical take-home tools and exercises.
I will guide you through various mindfulness practices, including calming strategies, coping skills, breathing exercises, positivity gratitude and kindness, feelings check-in, mindful movement, etc These techniques have been proven to reduce stress, increase resilience, and improve overall well-being.
I have limited spaces - 8 spaces
Cost: £90 for all 6 sessions and includes all the materials (they can take home) and I will provide yoga mats, bean bags and blankets to use during the sessions.
