Begin the year with calm, clarity and intention ✨This January, I’m offering a 6-week guided meditation journey — a supportive space to slow down, soften, and reconnect with your inner stillness.
This course is perfect if you’re new to meditation or if you’d like to deepen and stabilise an existing practice. Each week we’ll explore a different meditation technique, practise together, and take time for reflection and questions so you feel supported both on and off the mat.

• Full class video replay each week
• Handouts and simple practice resources
You’re welcome to join in the studio, live via Zoom, or catch up in your own time — all students receive full access to replays and recordings regardless of how they attend.
