Week 3 — Meat Mastery
Sear, rest, and carve like a pro. Timing becomes instinct.
Week 4 — Fish & Seafood
Fast, delicate, unforgiving. You’ll cook it with confidence.
Week 5 — Pasta
Fresh dough, bold flavours, vegetables with main-course attitude.
Week 6-8 — Pastry & Bread Baking
Precision meets indulgence. A sweet finish, restaurant style. Breads and patisserie.
