Whether you're brand new to inversions or looking to refine your practice, this series breaks handstands down into approachable steps. Each week, we’ll focus on key elements like shoulder stability, core strength, alignment, and safe entry and exit strategies - all while keeping the experience challenging, fun, and encouraging.
Expect a mix of drills, short yoga flows, partner work, and wall support to help you progress at your own pace. Along the way, you’ll not only work toward balancing upside down, but also develop patience, resilience, and a deeper connection to your body.
