About this Event
Classes meet from 3:30–5:30 p.m. every Wednesday from March 18 through April 29, with no class on April 1. Transportation from North East School District is provided.
This course introduces students to the exciting world of fly fishing. Participants will learn the fundamentals of setting up and breaking down a rod and reel, practice casting techniques, and master essential knots. Students will also explore the life cycles of aquatic macroinvertebrates and design their own fly patterns that imitate nymphs, emergers, and adult stages of the major aquatic insect groups.
