This 6-week flexibility and joint mobility series is designed to build strength and control through targeted work in specific areas of the body.Each week focuses on a different joint or region:
Week 1 hips
Week 2 shoulders
Week 3 knees & ankles
Week 4 elbows & wrists
Week 5 spine
Week 6 multi sector movement
The goal is to improve active range of motion, joint stability, and overall movement capacity. This is not passive stretching. You’ll learn how to create flexibility you can actually use, reducing injury risk and building long-term strength.
All levels welcome! Most benefit gained by attending all 6 weeks, or come when you're able!

Alyssa Bokovoy is an E-RYT 500 teacher with over 9,000 hours of experience in movement, flexibility, and joint conditioning. She specializes in building strength and active range of motion across the entire body, helping students develop flexibility that is controlled, functional, and sustainable. Alyssa currently leads aerial and yoga programming at Brick Canvas and has a background in contortion, aerial arts, and multi-lineage training.
The Salt Lake City Circus Center is located at Trolley Square, on the West side of the Whole Foods Building, directly left of Pottery Barn.
