V letu 2026 nas čaka peta izvedba breveta 6 prestolnic / 6 capitals (2016, 2017, 2018 in 2025).Letos bo štart v soboto, 20. junija, na Hodošu ob 21:00. Kdor želi, lahko štarta tudi dan kasneje, v nedeljo zjutraj ob 5:00, vendar mora n to označiti ob prijavi.
Trasa, ki je dolga 1265,3 km in ima okoli 8350 višinskih metrov, gre po 5 državah (Slovenija, Hrvaška, Madžarska, Slovaška in Avstrija) in 6 prestolnicah (Ljubljana, Zagreb, Budimpešta, Bratislava, Dunaj) s štartom in ciljem v Hodošu, ki je prestolnica občine Hodoš na skrajnem severovzhodu Slovenije, prav na meji z Madžarsko in je ena izmed najmanjših občin v Sloveniji, je zelo atraktivna in nezahtevna, ob njej pa je veliko naravnih in kulturnih znamenitosti. Še posebej v prestolnicah, ki so velemesta, vam želimo prikazati utrip mesta in katero od mestnih znamenitosti. Ta brevet bo tudi v znamenju rek, saj bomo vozili od izvira do izliva Krke, ki je najdaljša slovenska reka, dotaknili se bomo Save, je bila najdaljša reka nekdanje Jugoslavije, še največ km pa bomo prevozili ob Donavi, ki jo bomo velikokrat tudi prečkali.
Kontrolne točke v prestolnicah so:
Ljubljana (grad)
Zagreb (Savski most)
Budimpešta (trdnjava in razgledna točka)
Bratislava (grad)
Dunaj (dvorec Schönbrunn)
Torej je ta brevet pravi izziv za leto 2026.

In 2026, we will hold the fifth edition of the 6 prestolnic / 6 Capitals brevet (after 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2025).
This year, the start will be on Saturday, June 20, in Hodoš at 9:00 p.m. Those who wish to do so may also start a day later, on Sunday morning at 5:00 a.m., but must indicate this when registering.
The route, which is 1,265.3 km long and has an elevation gain of around 8,350 meters, passes through five countries (Slovenia, Croatia, Hungary, Slovakia, and Austria) and six capitals (Ljubljana, Zagreb, Budapest, Bratislava, and Vienna), starting and ending in Hodoš, the capital of the municipality of Hodoš in the far northeast of Slovenia, right on the border with Hungary, and one of the smallest municipalities in Slovenia. It is very attractive and undemanding, with many natural and cultural attractions along the way. Especially in capital cities, which are large cities, we want to show you the pulse of the city and some of its sights. This brevet will also be marked by rivers, as we will ride from the source to the mouth of the Krka, the longest river in Slovenia, touch the Sava, the longest river in the former Yugoslavia, and cover the most kilometers along the Danube, which we will cross many times.

Budapest (fortress and viewpoint)
Bratislava (castle)
Vienna (Schönbrunn Palace)
