A mindfulness training is more than just a meditation class or a course about relaxation techniques. It goes way deeper than that! As it also helps you to look closer at yout behavioral patterns, stress triggers, your way of thinking or how you deal with unpleasant or pleasant emotions.
WHAT IS MINDFULNESS?
Mindfulness (MBSR=Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) is a scientifically proven training of 8 weeks that increases the awareness of your physical, mental, emotional state as well as your reactions on various external or internal (stress-)triggers.
These insights allow you better managing your boundaries and self-care moments as well as changing your reactions.
You will also learn to pay more attention on present moments which has big impact on improving your life quality.
Note: a preliminari Interview intake is part of the sign-in procedure.
